Title: Honey-Lime Wings

1kgChicken wings
1/4cLiquid honey
2tbLime juice
  Finely grated peel of 1 lime
1 Clove of garlic
1/4tsSalt
1/4tsPepper

Tip and half wings. Preheat broiler. Set a rack on a foil-lined baking sheet or broiler pan. Place wings on rack, spacing 1/2 in apart. Broil 3 inches from element for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown and skin is crisp. Turn and continue to broil 8 to 10 more minutes, or until golden brown and chicken is cooked. Meanwhile, stir remaining ingredients together in a large bowl. When wings are cooked toss in honey mixture. Serve, drizzling mixture over wings. Source: Calgary Sun Posted by Sharon Verrall
